Uijeongbu LRT is an innovative, eco-firiendly, and pleasant green transport system for the Uijeongbu citizens and all visitors that solves the chronic traffic issues in Uijeongbu by connecting the east and west of the city so as to promote balanced city development, and that connects directly to National Subway Line 1 at Hoeryong Integrated Station.

With safety as its foremost objecive, Uijeongbu LRT is a state-of-the-art unmanned operation system, and as it is running on the highway rail, the LRT users can enjoy the scenic view while in transit through the open and clear windows.

  • Applicable to the first-stage regular pass by distance.
  • You cannot take Uijeongbu LRT with a Seoul Subway regular pass. When transferred, the consequent fare will be charged.

  • Group pass application should be submitted to Uijeongbu LRT Office 1 week before the date of travel.
  • only for a group of 20 or more passengers.
